  3. FUNCTION:  Activates the mail area
  4. USAGE:     MAIL

  7. NOTES:     MAIL lets you leave public or private mail for other users.
  8.            There is one public mail base as well as private mail.
  9.            MAIL has it's own menu.

  11.            It is recommende that users use the BBS message bases or
  12.            the BBSs private mail instead of the Serial Server mail
  13.            facility.
